CAVOLO! is a neighborhood Italian pizzeria bar in dowtown Litiz. In Italian, cavolo means “cabbage,” but it’s also a playful exclamation — the “What the heck!” or”holy smoke!” It’s the kind of reaction guests might have when taking their first bite. The meny features small plate and wood-fired pizzas made with top-quality ingredients. No strict styles. No regional pizza debates. Just straight-up delicious food. The beer and bottle shop offer a curated selection of Italian wines, beers, and cocktails — all chosed to compliment every plate and pie.

At KōLE, our name is inspired by the Pennsylvania Dutch dialect for “coal”, honoring the region’s deep-rooted heritage. Fueled by wood coal, our Josper Grill delivers the intense heat and bold flavors that define our steaks. We cook with Quebracho Charcoal, known as the “axe-breaker” for it’s unmatched burn time and clean fire- infusing every cut and chop with tradition and mastery. More than just a name, KōLE represents the very element that ignites our fire, both int he kitchen and in our passion for live-fire cooking.
